Our instructors care about your progress, safety and longevity!


Strong Life: Our Core Class Offering that offers the most complete workout. Resistance, cardio, metabolic conditioning, mobility and more. You will get strong, you will get fit. It is an all-encompassing way to train. You will work out hard and intensely, but you to YOU. No one yells at you, no one makes you go beyond your limits. But working side by side with like
minded people will be exhilarating and effective!


Go Life: This conditioning based (and sometime strength) workout gets you in and out in less than 40 minutes. You get a lot done in minimal time with a ton of variety all at your own level.

 

Warrior Life: A 55+ group training in all things functional...getting strong safely, getting all around more capable, working within our limits yet improving. Strength, balance, sure-footedness, for those Warriors to get and keep living FIT decade after decade! We always have modifications if needed! All members welcome no matter age and also perfect for coming back after a break or injury.


HIIT: High Intensity Interval Training. This class takes high intensity drills and exercises for a time, then takes you to a lower intensity to recover before starting up again. Another class with great variety offered on Saturday mornings. Its fun, its quick and its effective!

PERSONAL TRAINING

We offer premier personal training as well as training in small groups of like minded people! 

Our highly trained and multiple certified trainers will listen to your goals, get you where you want and need to be, and train you according to the human in front of them. 

Strength, mobility, longevity, power, athleticism and coordination can all be done with you in mind. More importantly even, we will get to know you very well.  We care, and your relationship with your trainer is so important.  We recognize that and see each person as the individual they are, with YOUR goals, YOUR level, YOUR progress, and YOUR life being exclusively YOU.  

And we are pain free specialists.  Meaning we can help you get out of, through, and around pain without giving up on your fitness.  It can be done and we are here to make sure you are the best version you can be.

Customized, close, effective and proven training to get you going, get yourself back, get yourself to your goal; whatever that might be.

GROUP ATHLETE TRAINING (GAT)

This program works on all aspects of athleticism.  Including coordination, speed, power, multi-directional work, rotation,  acceleration and deceleration and of course, strength. 

These athletes are prime to learn, and need to understand their body mechanics and how they control all aspects of their movement and power to be the best they can be, stay SAFE and strong, and most importantly enjoy their sport.

PCF Lead Trainer and Athlete Specilist Sean Klemp has a proven method and results of past athletes in this program. PCF and Sean will support your athletes and help them improve in all areas! 

 

GAT FOUNDATIONS: Grades 7,8,9

School Year: Monday & Wednesday 6 pm (afternoon) ($100/m)

Summer: Mondays, Wednesday, Fridays 7am OR 8am ($425 /summer)

GAT ELITE: Grades 10,11,12

School Year: Tuesdays & Fridays 6 am (morning) ($115/m)

Summer: Tuesdays and Thursdays 7am Friday 9am ($585/summer)

Our nutrition coaching is designed to help you understand your habits, identify gaps, and create a plan that supports your goals. Many of our services are customized because every person’s lifestyle, starting point, and goals are different.

We offer flexible options including one-on-one coaching, sessions with a friend or partner, or simple consultations if you’re looking for guidance, accountability, or a structured starting point.

Throughout the year, we also host group Nutrition Challenges that have helped many members of our community feel better, build healthier habits, and see real results.
